Favourite Podcasts

Personally, I like to listen to podcast when I’m cooking, in the gym or out and about. It can be much easier to digest information whilst on the go this way, rather than reading a book. I listen to a lot of different types of podcasts, so hopefully you’ll find one that suits you in this list.

If you have never listened to a podcast, now is the time to start and find one that you enjoy. It’s a great way to expand your knowledge. I listen to my podcasts on the iPhone podcast app but you can try soundcloud, overcast and I’m sure there’s many more.

Your own magicyom

If you are into astrology, personal growth and spirituality, I grantee you will love this podcast. Hosted by Raquelle Mantra. Often she invites guests on to the podcast to talk about certain topics, this can range from numerology to Law of attraction.

My first time 

This podcast explores sexuality, gender to absolutely everything you can think of when it comes to sex. I find the discussions can be very interesting and the podcasts can be short, so it’s great if you’re a busy person.

Oprah’s super soul conversations

This podcast truly makes you have the best start to your day, with interviews of all topics that can interest anyone at any age.

Optimal living daily 

If you are someone who is interested in personal growth, give this podcast a listen. Find out new things to implement into your life to improve your life and help you grow as a person. The podcast has a number of different topics from meditation, habits to positive living.

Call your girlfriend 

For the feminists out there that are wanting to be in the loop but don’t want to read the news, this is a great podcast for you. A discussion between Ann Friedman and Aminatou Sow, talking about recent topics to do with feminism.

This podcast is great for my female entrepreneurs out there, like myself. With some great tips for your business as well as keeping a balance in your personal life.
